Before you order.
These rules cover safety, shipping, how an order is confirmed, and what we do with the details you send.
Safety
- Every piece has small parts inside: bricks, beads, sequins, pellets, or gel. If the skin opens, those parts can be a choking hazard.
- sissilab pieces are for adult hands only. They are not toys, and they are not for children.
- Keep them away from babies, small children, and pets.
- Do not bite, cut, puncture, or put a piece in your mouth. If the skin splits, stop using it and keep the filling contained.
- Keep pieces out of hot sun, hot cars, and open flame. The skin is soft on purpose.
- Long or sharp nails can snag the skin. Press with the pad of the finger.
Shipping
Shipping is $6.00 per order. Buy 3 or more pieces in the same order and shipping is free.
The fee is counted by the shop when the order is placed. It is $6.00 in US dollars for an order of one or two pieces. An order of three or more pieces ships free. The count is the number of pieces, not the number of different names.
We email you the shipping path after payment is confirmed. Handmade pieces are made to order, so dispatch is not same-day.
Orders
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each piece.
- Placing an order sends us your request. We email you to confirm the pieces, the total, and how to pay. The piece is made after that confirmation.
- Handmade fillings vary a little from the photo. Color and crunch are the same kind of piece, not a factory copy.
- If a piece cannot be made, we say so by email before payment, or we refund a payment already taken for that piece.
Privacy
The name, email, country, address, and note you type are used to reply, confirm payment, and ship the order. We do not sell that information. We do not use it for advertising lists.
Your saved pieces and bag stay in this browser only, until you place an order.
Terms of sale
- The shop you are looking at is sissilab. The agreement is between you and the atelier.
- An order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. Until then it is a request.
- You are responsible for giving an address where an adult can receive the parcel.
- By ordering, you confirm that you have read the safety rules and that the piece will be used by an adult.
